- We add your email to
ADMIN_EMAILS— you'll see the Admin menu appear - Go to Admin → Curriculum in your account
- Click Import Curriculum, fill in pack name, board, class group
- Paste the curriculum JSON (we provide a template with an example)
- Click Import — subjects, chapters and topics are created instantly
- Your child profiles now see the imported curriculum on their dashboard
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free Trial
Your 7-day free trial requires no credit card and incurs no charge. It ends automatically — you are never billed without explicitly upgrading to a paid plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@anvishaai.com. We will cancel immediately — no questions asked. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your payment date and we will issue a full refund — no conditions. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel to stop future charges. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Your Data After Cancellation
Your child's progress, badges, streaks, and history are retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you return. After 30 days, the data is permanently deleted. To request immediate deletion, email privacy@anvishaai.com.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade between Plus and Max at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Email support@anvishaai.com to make any changes.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Your 7-day free trial of Plus starts the moment you sign up — no card, no commitment.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan (3 explanations/day, Simple mode only). Your child's progress, badges, and streaks are never lost.
What does "2nd child add-on" mean?
You can add a second child profile to your existing plan at a discounted rate — ₹400/mo on Plus or ₹900/mo on Max. Each child gets their own full daily limits independently.
Can I switch between Plus and Max?
Yes — just email us at info@anvishaai.com and we'll switch your plan immediately. You'll be charged the difference or receive a credit.

What is Read Aloud mode and which plan includes it?
Read Aloud is available on Plus and Max. Your child reads the lesson text aloud while Anvi tracks each word in real time — measuring reading speed (WPM) and accuracy against class-level benchmarks. After each session, parents see a fluency chart in the Parent Dashboard.
How does custom curriculum import work for schools?
On the Max plan, email us to request admin access. Once enabled, you'll see an Admin → Curriculum section in your account. Paste your syllabus as a simple JSON (we provide a template) and it's imported instantly. Every child profile on your account can then be assigned to that curriculum. Works for CBSE, ICSE, state boards, or any custom content.
